InVivoMAb抗人VISTA：體內外中和活性的多功能科研工具

GG8單克隆抗體與人VISTA（含V型免疫球蛋白結構域的T細胞活化抑制劑）反應，VISTA是B7家族的陰性檢查點調節因子（NCR）。幾項體外和體內研究表明，VISTA蛋白既是配體又是受體。VISTA主要由髓系細胞和T細胞表達，在中樞神經系統中，VISTA也由小膠質細胞和內皮細胞表達。與其他NCR蛋白不同，VISTA在幼稚T細胞上表達，其表達受T細胞活化的負調控。除了在調節T細胞靜止（即抑制T細胞）中的作用外，VISTA還參與髓系細胞的傳出細胞作用、細胞因子產生（IL-10、IFN-γ和TNF-α）和趨化性。
