Calbiotech-ANA篩查ELISA試劑盒檢測原理：

將稀釋的患者血清加入涂有純化核抗原的孔中。ANA IgG特異性抗體（如果存在）會與抗原結合。所有未結合的物質都被洗掉，加入酶偶聯物以結合抗體-抗原復合物（如果存在）。洗掉多余的酶偶聯物，加入底物。培養板，使酶水解底物。產生的顏色強度與樣品中IgG特異性抗體的量成正比。
