iFluor488-dUTP:AAT高效熒光標記核苷酸

染料修飾的脫氧尿苷5'-三磷酸鹽是通過常規酶摻入方法(如逆轉錄、缺口翻譯、隨機引物標記或PCR)生產染料標記DNA的最常見方法之一。這種酶熒光標記方法廣泛用于FISH探針和基于微陣列的實驗。這種iFluor 488 dUTP綴合物使用SpectrumGreen?濾光片組作為綠色熒光色(SpectrumGreen?是Vysis的商標)。與常用的綠色探針(如熒光素-12-dUTP)相比,iFluor 488提供了更亮的信號,具有更強的光穩定性,不受pH值的影響。
