PNA Bio-PNA FISH測試：與目標DNA以高靈敏度和特異性雜交

PNA FISH探針因其化學結構的電中性，能夠與目標DNA以高靈敏度和特異性雜交。這一特性使得PNA探針在應用到FISH（熒光原位雜交）時更加高效且有用，即使在低濃度下也是如此。雜交發生得很快（在幾個小時內），并且背景噪聲明顯降低。

PNA Bio提供端粒、著絲粒和CAG重復序列探針作為目錄項目，以及定制PNA探針合成服務。

TelC是一種富C的端粒探針，用于領先鏈（TAACCC的重復序列），而TelG是一種富G的端粒探針，用于滯后鏈（TTAGGG的重復序列）。TelC和TelG PNA端粒探針均可用于人類、小鼠和大鼠染色體。

CENPB探針是著絲粒蛋白B（CENP-B）的結合位點，CENP-B是主要的著絲粒特異性蛋白之一。探針序列為ATTCGTTGGAAACGGGA，它染色所有人類和小鼠著絲粒的小衛星，除了Y染色體。

Cent探針特異性地針對人類α衛星著絲粒，不與小鼠發生反應。探針序列為AAACTAGACAGAAGCAT。
