艾美捷 HMGBiotech-P-MHMG1質粒（#HM-300）：

p-mHMG1質粒包含具有自身啟動子和增強子、外顯子和內含子的小鼠HMGB1基因組（Falciola等人。高遷移率族1蛋白不與體細胞的染色體穩定結合?！都毎飳W雜志》1997年，137:19-26）。小鼠HMGB1與人類HMGB1相比僅包含2個保守的替代變異。

當轉染到哺乳動物細胞中時，這個質粒能暫時性地將HMGB1含量提高4到7倍。
