局限性：

1. 試劑盒內所有試劑均校準用于人血清中C反應蛋白的直接測定。該試劑盒未校準用于唾液、血漿或其他人或動物來源樣本中CRP的測定。

2. 不要使用明顯溶血、明顯脂血、黃疸或儲存不當的血清。

3. 任何含有疊氮化物或硫柳汞的樣本或對照血清與本試劑盒不兼容，因為它們可能導致假結果。

4. 僅標準品A可用于稀釋高濃度血清樣本。使用任何其他試劑可能導致假結果。

注：溶血是指紅細胞破裂釋放出血紅蛋白，脂血是指血清中脂肪含量過高，黃疸是指血清中膽紅素水平升高，導致血清呈現黃色。疊氮化物和硫柳汞是常見的防腐劑，但可能會干擾某些生化試驗。
