LDN Labor Diagnostika Nord-DHEA-S ELISA檢測原理：

在未標記的抗原（存在于標準品、對照品和樣品中）和無酶標記抗原（綴合物）之間發生競爭，爭奪微孔板上有限數量的抗體結合位點。洗滌和傾析程序去除未結合的材料。在洗滌步驟之后，酶底物被除去。通過加入終止溶液終止酶促反應。吸光度通過微量滴定板讀數器進行測量。所形成的顏色的強度與樣品中DHEA-S的濃度成反比。一組標準用于繪制標準曲線，從該曲線可以直接讀取DHEA-S樣品和對照的量。
