高靈敏度ELISpot底物：用于HRP的TMB顯色液，穩定可靠

在使用前調整至室溫。在與辣根過氧化物酶孵育并洗滌后加入ELISpot板中。顯色至斑點出現為止。通過在去離子水中充分洗滌來停止顏色反應（因為離子可能導致TMB斑點褪色）。

這種即用型TMB底物用于通過鏈霉親和素-辣根過氧化物酶（Streptavidin-HRP）酶結合物開發ELISpot實驗。僅供研究使用，不得用于診斷程序。
