ELISpot的BCIP/NBT-plus底物，助力免疫學研究

使用前請調整至室溫。將底物溶液通過0.45 ?m濾膜過濾后，加入經過堿性磷酸酶孵育并洗滌后的ELISpot板中。顯色至斑點出現為止。通過用自來水充分洗滌來停止顏色反應。

這種即用型BCIP/NBT-plus底物用于通過鏈霉親和素-堿性磷酸酶（Streptavidin-ALP）酶結合物開發ELISpot實驗。僅供研究使用，不得用于診斷程序。
