產品特點: 純度通過在37°C下將10 μg變性BSA與2 μl酶孵育24小時來測試所有QA-Bio酶的污染蛋白酶。經處理的BSA的SDS-PAGE分析顯示沒有降解的證據。我們的重組酶的生產宿主菌株已經過廣泛測試，不產生任何可檢測的糖苷酶。測試從天然來源純化的酶的污染外切糖苷酶。通過與相應的pNP-糖苷延長孵育來確認外切糖苷酶污染物的不存在。
