- EpiQuik通用組蛋白H3-K4三甲基化定量分析試劑盒（比色法）專門為檢測通用組蛋白H3-K4的三重甲基化而設計.檢測實驗中，而第4位賴氨酸被三重甲基化的H3結合到表面吸附了抗三重甲基組蛋白H3-K4抗體的微孔上.被捕獲的三重甲基組蛋白H3-K4被結合了一種顯色劑的特異性抗體識別.三重甲基組蛋白H3-K4的量與吸光度成正比，其總量可以通過對比對照組來測定.該通用三甲基化組蛋白H3-K4定量分析試劑盒（比色法）內主要產品組份包括：C1 （10X wash buffer）
