- FitAmp血液和培養細胞DNA抽提試劑盒只需要用本公司的專利DNA分離緩沖液用來處理細胞.用DNA消化緩沖液處理之后，DNA即可通過本公司專門設計的高速離心柱回收到10-20ul的體系里面.純化的DNA可以用于隨后的各種實驗分析.該血液和培養細胞DNA抽提試劑盒內主要產品組份包括：CB1 （Suspending buffer）
