- EpiQuik總組蛋白提取試劑盒提供了一種簡單而應用廣泛的方法以及相應的試劑提取總組蛋白.提取產物可用于組蛋白修飾實驗比如乙?；?、甲基化、sumoylation.本試劑盒可以從哺乳動物細胞和組織樣品中提取組蛋白，過程不超過60分鐘，是目前市場上最快的組蛋白提取試劑盒.本試劑盒尤其為滿足各種EpiQuik分析實驗中要用到的組蛋白提取物而設計.組蛋白提取產物的產量接近0.4 mg 每107 個細胞或100 mg 組織，不同的細胞和組織中，產量差異可能會很大.

- EpiQuik總組蛋白提取試劑盒只需要用本公司的專利組蛋白分離緩沖液加到細胞/組織樣品中.先后加入細胞預溶解劑、細胞溶解劑以及平衡緩沖液，總組蛋白即可被提取出來并立即用于隨后的各種實驗分析或在適當條件下儲存起來.該總組蛋白提取試劑盒內主要產品組份包括：10X Pre-Lysis Buffer
