- Source:Pro-MMP-9, from human bloodMolecular Weight:~92kDSpecific Activity:350-450mU/mg after trypsin activation. Unit Definition:1U is defined as the the amount needed to hydrolyze 1umol of the peptide, Mca-Pro-Leu-Gly-Leu-Dpa-Ala-Arg per minute.Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
