- Myeloperoxidase (MPO) BioAssay ELISA Kit (Rat) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of MPO in rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.Detection Range:3.12-200ng/mlSensitivity:1.25ng/mlKit Components:1. Microwell plate, 1x96 wells2. Standard (lyophilized), 2x1vial3. Detection Reagent A, 1x120ul4. Detection Reagent B, 1x120ul5. TMB Substrate, 1x9ml6. Wash Buffer (30X), 1x20ml7. Standard Diluent, 1x20ml8. Assay Diluent A (2X), 1x6ml9. Assay Diluent B (2X), 1x6ml10. Stop Solution, 1x6mlStorage and Stability:The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the Microwell plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt while the others should be at 4°C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
