Echelon PIP 陣列 – 脂質-蛋白質相互作用測定熱銷中

PIP陣列是預先點樣的膜，具有所有八種磷酸肌醇的濃度梯度。PIP 陣列用于簡單的蛋白質-脂質疊加測定，以幫助確定蛋白質對一種或多種脂質的特異性和敏感性。

簡而言之，一旦膜被封閉，它就會與您感興趣的蛋白質一起孵育。然后將膜洗滌并與針對蛋白質或蛋白質親和標簽的HRP標記抗體一起孵育。在用ECL或沉淀TMB檢測試劑孵育之前再次洗滌膜。然后，可以根據所使用的檢測試劑使用適當的設備進行可視化。 

PIP 陣列是一種 4 x5 cm 疏水膜，含有 100、50、25、12.5、6.25、3.13 和 1.56 pmol的以下脂質：磷脂酰肌醇 （PtdIns）、磷脂酰肌醇 （3）-磷酸 （PtdIns（3）P）、磷脂酰肌醇 （4）-磷酸 （PtdIns（4）P）、磷脂酰肌醇 （5）-磷酸 （PtdIns（5 ）P ）， 磷脂酰肌醇（3，4）-二磷酸（PtdIns（3，4）P₂ ),磷脂酰肌醇（3，5）-二磷酸（PtdIns（3，5）P₂),磷脂酰肌醇（4，5）-二磷酸（PtdIns（4，5）P₂),磷脂酰肌醇（3，4，5）-三磷酸（PtdIns（3，4，5）P₃).
