產品背景

磷脂酰肌醇 4，5-二磷酸或 PI（4，5）P2 是一種無處不在的脂質，在多種細胞功能中發揮核心作用，包括導致細胞生長、運動、炎癥和凋亡的 PKB/Akt 途徑。PI（4，5）P2是I類磷酸肌醇3激酶（PI3-K）的底物，也是PTEN磷酸酶活性的產物。 PI（4，5）P2質量數ELISA測定是一種競爭性ELISA，其中信號與產生的PI（4，5）P2量成反比。 從細胞樣品中提取PI（4，5）P2后，將其與PI（4，5）P2檢測器蛋白一起孵育，然后添加到PI（4，5）P2包被的微孔板中進行競爭性結合。過氧化物酶連接的二級檢測試劑和比色底物用于檢測PI（4，5）P2檢測器蛋白與板的結合。比色信號與從細胞中提取的PI（4，5）P2的量成反比。   

PI（4，5）P2 質量數 ELISA 通過競爭性 4 孔 ELISA 測定檢測從細胞中提取的 PI（5，2）P96 量。
