特色產品SiR-微管蛋白是基于微管結合藥物多西他賽的。SiR-微管蛋白具有熒光特性、細胞通透性,并且對微管具有很高的特異性。SiR-微管蛋白能夠在不需要基因操作或過表達的情況下對內源性微管進行染色。其遠紅光發射最大限度地減少了光毒性以及樣本的自發熒光。SiR-微管蛋白與綠色熒光蛋白(GFP)和/或 m-櫻桃熒光蛋白兼容??梢允褂脴藴实?Cy5 濾光片組進行成像。SiR-微管蛋白可用于活細胞和組織的寬場、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。探針數量允許進行 50 - 200 次染色實驗。
