每支安瓿含有10毫克ALFA洗脫肽，用于制備ALFA選擇器PE的天然洗脫緩沖液。NanoTag建議將凍干的肽溶解在250微升純水中，以獲得100倍濃縮的儲備溶液。這種肽不能有效地從ALFA選擇器ST（超緊）中洗脫ALFA標簽蛋白。

請注意：每個單位的ALFA選擇器PE都附帶一支含有10毫克凍干肽的安瓿（足以配制25毫升洗脫緩沖液）。
