應用說明：ENZO病理基因? HPV 16/18型探針采用HPV 16和HPV 18特異性探針的混合物，可檢測與宮頸上皮內瘤變（CIN）和原位癌（CIS）相關的HPV類型。探針混合物變性并雜交到固定在顯微鏡載玻片上并預處理的組織切片。HPV DNA探針與標本中DNA之間的特異性雜交通過生物素的檢測來確定。
