LifeSensors抗Ataxin3抗體--助力神經退行性疾病研究

Ataxin 3 是脊髓小腦性共濟失調3型的致病蛋白。Ataxin 3 包含一個 Josephin 結構域，能夠在體外切割多泛素鏈。Ataxin 3 的蛋白酶活性調節了細胞內總泛素化水平和 Ataxin 3 蛋白的量。

Western Blotting：當抗體的最終濃度為9.71ug/mL時，可檢測到0.5ug的重組蛋白。

儲存：提供于磷酸鹽緩沖液中。儲存于-20?C或更低溫度。避免反復凍融。

產品質檢：

左圖：0.5或5ug的 Ataxin3 涂抹在 ELISA 板上。隨后，未結合的蛋白被洗去，并用 BSA 封閉。使用傳統 ELISA 檢測試劑，以1.94ug/mL的 AB401 檢測 Ataxin3。二抗：α-雞 HRP（1:5000）。陰性對照1：無 AB401。陰性對照2：無檢測試劑。

右圖：將指示量的 Ataxin3 裝載到 SDS-PAGE 凝膠上，隨后進行 Western Blot。使用9.71ug/mL的 AB401 檢測印跡。二抗：α-雞 HRP（1:5000）。
