蛋白質A-無偶聯：

特異性：與人IgG1、IgG2和IgG4的Fc段結合，也與小鼠IgG2a和IgG2b結合；此外，還與兔、豬、豚鼠和犬的IgG結合。

來源：金黃色葡萄球菌

偶聯物：UNLB（未偶聯）

緩沖液配方：從蒸餾水中凍干

推薦儲存條件：-20°C

操作和儲存：純化的（UNLB）蛋白A以5.0 mg或1.0 mg的純化凍干蛋白形式提供。在復溶前，材料可在-20°C下儲存長達一年。在PBS中復溶至盡可能高的濃度。復溶后，分裝并儲存于-20°C，最長可達六個月。

辣根過氧化物酶（HRP）偶聯物以1.0 mL的形式提供，其母液為50%甘油/50% PBS，pH 7.4。未添加防腐劑?？稍?-8°C下儲存，或長期儲存于-20°C。

如果按照指示儲存，試劑在標簽上標明的有效期內是穩定的。
