儲存條件：收到后，抗體、酶結合物和底物需在 4-8 °C 下保存。培養板可在室溫下保存。

有效期：自收到之日起至少 18 個月。

將大鼠脾細胞（100,000 個細胞/孔）在有或無刀豆蛋白 A（ConA）的條件下孵育過夜，通過 ELISpot 檢測分析分泌 IFN-γ 的細胞數量。
