Relia Tech：ECGFpro1 +Heparin(肝素)

【簡介】

        * ECGF = ECGS，Endothelial cell growth factor (ECGF) = Endothelial cell growth supplement (ECGS)。

        內皮細胞生長添加劑（ECGS/ECGF）是一種培養基補充劑，是一種牛腦提取物，能夠促進哺乳動物血管內皮細胞生長的因子。近年來，ECGF作為細胞生長添加物在科研中被廣泛應用，也有報道稱ECGF對用于單克隆抗體生產的雜交瘤細胞的融合和生長有一定的輔助作用，Relia Tech提供了一系列的產品。  

以無瘋牛病的牛腦提取粗提物，制備內皮細胞生長因子的方法是根據Maciag等的方法（1979）修改過的，內皮細胞生長因子以無菌凍干粉（從含有氯化鈉和硫酸鏈霉素的溶液中無菌凍干）的形式供應，每瓶含有6 mg蛋白質。

（1）Cat# 300-090：純ECGF。 由于肝素增強了ECGF粗制劑的有絲分裂活性： 

（2）Cat#300-090H：我們的產品中也有補充了帶肝素的ECGF (2.5 mg肝素/mg ECGF)。 

（3）Cat# 300-090-B：是ECGF pro 1，用于血液及微血管內皮細胞（BECs、HMEC）的培養，ECGF pro 1補充重組人VEGF 165（終濃度:10ng/ml）。本產品也可補充肝素（Cat# 300-090H-B）。

（4）Cat# 300-090-L：是ECGF pro 2，用于淋巴內皮細胞（HLEC）的培養。ECGF pro 2補充重組人VEGF-C（終濃度：50 ng/ml）。本產品也可補充肝素（Cat# 300-090H-L）。   

*有報道稱在培養雜交瘤和其他類型的細胞時，加入ECGF后可以不用加入飼養層細胞。 

含VEGF-C用于淋巴內皮細胞培養

ECGF用于人微血管內皮細胞（HMEC）培養的最適濃度范圍是100-300 μg/ml，加入肝素（50 μg/ml）后的最適濃度范圍是10-20 μg/ml。ECGF pro 1因子和牛ECGF pro 2因子對小鼠細胞，牛細胞和人細胞起作用。 

*每瓶中含有足夠多的生長因子添加物和VEGF-A或VEGF-C，可以為血液或者淋巴內皮細胞提供最適生長環境。
